     Steve Bauer, Founder/Executive Director

Steve is an Executive Director and founder of Cranbrook Care. He is responsible for financial management, strategic planning and property development. Steve has over 35 years of expertise in business and management, coupled with extensive experience in the building and property development sector. In 2000 Steve brought these skills to the Aged Care industry, combining state of the art aged care facilities with excellence in care. Steve is an Approved Provider under the Aged Care Act (1979).

 

Campbell Meldrum, Executive Director

Campbell is an Executive Director of Cranbrook Care. His role involves strategic planning at a corporate level and property development of new or existing facilities. Campbell is deeply committed to improving quality of care for the elderly and has been instrumental in making Cranbrook Care facilities ‘great places to live and work’. Campbell has over ten years experience in the aged care industry and is a Director of the peak industry body the Aged Care Association of Australia - NSW.

 

Kerry Mann, Chief Executive Officer

Kerry is Chief Executive Officer of Cranbrook Care. Kerry directs all aspects of the business at the corporate and facility levels. This includes strategic planning, financial management, property development, executive and facility management. Kerry has 19 years experience in the health industry and holds a Masters in Business Administration. 

 

 

     James Anderson, Financial Controller

James is responsible for overseeing Cranbrook Care’s accounting functions. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining Cranbrook Care’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures; evaluating and reporting on the financial activities of the facilities; and presenting financial performance reports, findings and recommendations to the executive team. James has eight years experience in aged care management and finance. James holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce.

 

Deborah Worsfold, Procurement/Project Manager

Deborah is responsible for managing projects for Cranbrook Care, in particular the project management of building new facilities. Her role also includes procurement for Cranbrook Care and its facilities. Prior to joining Cranbrook Care, Deborah worked for a large construction company. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction and a Diploma of Engineering Practice.

 

 

     Gabrielle Bauer, Marketing Manager

Gabrielle is responsible for the marketing and branding for Cranbrook Care and all of the facilities in the group. Her role is to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to each facility’s objectives; this involves effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Gabrielle has thirteen years experience in marketing in the finance and aged care industries. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Finance) and a Masters of Commerce.

 

Sharon Parker, Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Sharon provides administration support to the Cranbrook Care and facility management teams. She is responsible for the organisation and management of office operations, procedures and resources to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
